I led two major funding structures for Westminster City Council's temporary accommodation portfolio.
- The first: a 42-year institutional funding solution that acquired 368 homes, replacing volatile nightly TA costs with structured, index-linked payments and embedding £33.5m of retrofit funding.
- The second: a £50m sale-and-leaseback with the City of Westminster Pension Fund, releasing capital from 128 existing TA properties over a 40-year, index-linked term to fund further TA supply.
