Nick is an experienced and entrepreneurial CCAB qualified Finance professional, with a proven track record of shaping Public Sector practice on a local and national level, influencing and improving the delivery of services, and leading large and complex organisations through periods of change and economic uncertainty focusing on growth and innovation.

Nick has significant experience in advising CEOs, Executive Directors, Elected members, Governing Bodies and Central & Local Government on strategic financial matters, driving efficiencies and maximising best value and best returns.

Nick has been the financial lead in a number of award-winning multi-million pound property investments, energy efficiency schemes and housing and regeneration developments across the UK.

Nick is a member of the Cabinet Office's One Public Estate Pool of Experts and has been both advisor and lead on a number of Business Transformation Projects, influencing and improving the delivery of services to the public.
